How Emergency HVAC Co. works

Emergency HVAC Co. is a free referral service. We are not a contractor. We connect your call to an independent pro who covers your area.

1. You call the number on your city page

Each city page shows the number for that area. The call is free. You can call any time, day or night. Tell the person who answers your address and what happened.

2. Your call is routed to an independent provider

A call tracking service routes your call to a participating independent pro that serves your area and is taking calls at that time. We do not employ these pros, and we do not send anyone to your home ourselves.

3. You and the provider agree on the work

The provider sets the visit time and the price with you directly. You are never obligated to hire anyone. Before any work starts, ask for a written estimate, and check the provider's license and proof of insurance where your state requires them.

Who pays us

Calling is free for you. Participating heating and cooling contractors pay us a referral fee for calls they receive. That fee does not change the price they quote you, and they set their prices on their own.

What we do not do

  • We do not perform, supervise or guarantee any work.
  • We do not check, license or certify the providers in the network. Please verify any provider yourself before hiring.
  • We do not promise how fast someone can arrive. The provider gives you a time on the call.
  • We are not an insurer, adjuster or law firm, and we do not handle insurance claims.

Calls may be recorded

Calls may be recorded by the call tracking service and the provider for quality, training and billing. See the privacy policy for details.

In an emergency

If anyone is in danger, you smell gas, or there is a fire or a downed power line, leave the area and call 911 or your utility first.
